Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our car rental services in Poland, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your rental agreement with us and establish the legal relationship between you as the renter and our company as the vehicle provider. Your use of our vehicle hire platform, website, and services constitutes your acceptance of all terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must refrain from using our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. Please review these conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Service Scope

Our car rental services provide short-term and long-term vehicle hire options for customers throughout Poland. We offer a diverse fleet of vehicles suitable for various needs, from economy cars to premium vehicles. All rental agreements are subject to availability and are binding once confirmed. We maintain the right to substitute vehicles of similar or superior class if your requested vehicle becomes unavailable.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a renter, you assume full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Poland. You are obligated to maintain the vehicle in good condition, use it only for lawful purposes, and operate it in a safe and responsible manner. You must not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to unlawful transportation, smuggling, or use of the vehicle for commercial purposes without prior authorization. You agree to pay all rental fees, fuel costs, tolls, parking fees, and any applicable fines incurred during your rental period. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear, mechanical failures resulting from misuse, and all traffic violations or parking citations issued during your rental.

Driver Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license recognized in Poland or an international driving permit. You must provide accurate identification and contact information. Driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate contract termination and potential legal action.

Vehicle Care and Maintenance

You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received, accounting only for normal wear and tear. You are responsible for reporting any mechanical issues immediately and for maintaining adequate fuel levels. Failure to return the vehicle on time will incur additional charges at our standard rates.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and platform, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of our company or licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for the purpose of arranging car rentals. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or transmission of any content is strictly prohibited without our written consent. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in our services. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names associated with our company remain our exclusive property. You agree not to use our intellectual property in any manner that could damage, dilute, or tarnish our reputation or brand identity.

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, feedback, or other content through our platform, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or vehicle hire. This includes loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or injuries resulting from your negligent operation of the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the specific rental period in question. We are not liable for theft, vandalism, or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. You assume all risks associated with vehicle operation and are solely responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage. Our company is not responsible for delays, route changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions or road closures.

Insurance and Damage Waiver

Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals as required by Polish law. Optional damage waiver protection is available for additional fees. Comprehensive coverage details will be provided with your rental agreement.

Termination and Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your rental agreement and access to our services at any time if you violate these terms or engage in any prohibited conduct. Cancellation policies vary based on rental type and timing. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for full refunds minus administrative fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows result in forfeiture of the full rental amount. We may cancel your reservation if we have reasonable grounds to believe you will misuse the vehicle or violate applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you are immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of our services. Any outstanding fees or damages remain your responsibility.

Early Return and Late Return

Early returns may be eligible for partial refunds subject to our policies. Late returns incur charges at our standard daily rates plus applicable late fees. Extended rental periods must be arranged in advance when possible.
